ZAITRA, established in 2020, is a startup with a primary emphasis on delivering tailored flight software and cutting-edge AI solutions for space missions. We develop both software and hardware that ends up flying directly in orbit. Our endeavours encompass projects for both the European Space Agency and commercial customers.

About the role
HR 🤝
- Keeping our HR documentation organized (contracts, addenda, etc.)
- Preparing payroll materials and coordinating with our payroll accountant
- Managing health & safety training and other mandatory training
- Handling onboarding and offboarding
- Organizing team buildings and company events
- Managing employee benefits
- Running the recruitment process – from posting job ads to participating in interviews
- Most importantly: being there for your colleagues when they need help 🙂
Back Office 💻
- Taking care of day-to-day office operations (supplies, snacks, etc.)
- Keeping asset records up to date
- Managing budgets
- Handling travel expense reports
- Issuing invoices
- Keeping track of accounting documents
Marketing 🌟
- Helping organize conferences and events
- Managing promotional materials and company merch
- Taking care of our social media presence
Who we’re looking for
- You have experience in HR, back office, or general administration
- You’re independent, well-organized, and follow things through
- You speak English at least at a B1 level
- You love challenges, you’re creative, and you don’t hesitate to suggest improvements
- You understand basic accounting concepts
- Experience working in a startup or small company
- You have a natural empathy for people 🙂
